In plain words. You do not buy Claude Code on its own. You pay for a Claude plan, and it includes Claude Code. This is how Claude Code's page explains the use you get: “Usage limits apply.”

How we checked
Anthropic's Claude Code page was read by a script on October 19, 2026: claude.com/product/claude-code. The page was read from a server in Finland, and it showed US dollars.
