Report a wrong price

This is the most useful message you can send. Every price on the site is meant to match the provider's own page on the day shown next to it, and providers change their pages without notice. If a figure here does not match what you see, include:

A price is changed here only after it has been read on the provider's own page, so a link to that page is what makes a report quick to act on. A screenshot helps when the price only appears after choosing a tab or a region. If the provider really changed the price, the change is recorded with its date on the price changes page; if this site misread it, the fix is recorded there too, as a correction of our own reading.

Other corrections

The same applies to context windows, release dates, shutdown dates and replacements on the deprecation schedule, and to the articles: tell us what is wrong and where the right figure is published. A missing model is also welcome, if its maker publishes a per-token price for text output; the methodology explains what the table covers and what it leaves out.

Using the data

The pricing data is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0): you can reuse it, including commercially, as long as you credit AI Signal. The files and their fields are described on the open data page. Write if you need a format that is not there, or if you publish something built on it.

When to expect a reply

Usually within a few working days. A report of a wrong price is checked first, against the provider's page, before anything else.
