Cursor pricing

Short answer. Cursor's cheapest paid plan is Plus, at $8 a month. Premium costs $30 a month. Prices in US dollars, before tax, read on October 19, 2026.

In plain words. You pay a fixed price each month for the plan. This is how Cursor's page explains the use you get: “Every tier includes a pool of AI usage shared across Cursor and Grok. Within Grok, the pool covers Chat, Imagine, Voice, and Bot. Higher tiers include larger pools, and usage costs vary by product. Your allowance refreshes weekly, so one heavy day never wipes out your whole month.” Past the limit, the page says: “If you reach your included usage, you can keep going with top-offs, or wait for your allowance to refresh.”

How we checked

Cursor's pricing page was read by a script on October 19, 2026: cursor.com/pricing. The page was read from a server in Finland, and it showed US dollars. Every price and line above is quoted from that reading, except those read by hand, which come from the hand reading's transcript. A test checks each quote against the saved text. Each Monday a script checks that every quote is still on the page. No currency is converted. Credits are quoted as each page defines them, and never compared between tools.
