AI Signal ("we", "us") operates aisignalhq.com. The site is run by Álvaro Lucero Rufino, who maintains the pricing dataset and is responsible for what is published (see the editor's page). Advertising on the site is served through a Google AdSense account held by Román Meilán; that account handles advertising revenue only and does not receive any visitor data beyond what Google collects as described below. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site, and how it's used.

Information we collect

We do not require account creation and do not knowingly collect personal information you don't voluntarily provide (for example, by emailing us). We do not use analytics tooling. Our web server may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited, for security purposes. The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you give us your email address. The subscription form on this site sends that address directly to Buttondown, the email service we use to run the list; nothing is stored on our own server. Buttondown also receives your IP address when the form is submitted, and sends you a confirmation email before you are added. We use your address for one purpose: to send you the newsletter, which is an email about price changes in our dataset, written and sent by the editor when prices move and never more than once a week. We do not sell, share or use it for anything else. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email, and your address is then removed from the list. Buttondown's own privacy policy governs how it handles the data it holds on our behalf.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google AdSense. Ads may be displayed once the site is approved by Google; the AdSense script is loaded on every page, and Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and — where you have given consent — to personalize ads.
